Local, private or Canadian-hosted?
These terms are not interchangeable.
The right choice depends on your data, your workload and your ability to operate the system. We document where storage, inference, logs and backups happen.
On-premises (local)
Models run on servers you control, at your site. Maximum control, but hardware to operate and maintain.
Private cloud
A dedicated environment at a provider. Less hardware to manage; the provider's terms apply.
Canadian hosting
Data is stored in Canada. That does not mean inference is local, or that data stays in Québec.

Assessment
At least 30 minutes on your workflow, your data and your constraints. Some projects need 60 minutes or more; we then plan the follow-up together.
Scoped pilot
A pilot on an authorized document set (or sample data), with acceptance criteria agreed up front.
Implementation and handoff
Deployment, integration, training and documentation, with clear responsibilities for support, updates and backups.
BusinessOS (optional)
If a governed knowledge layer fits, we can evaluate a BusinessOS Sovereign pilot with you. It is not a required step.
